A minimum level of services will be provided to clients such as:

  • access to advice, in their community, regarding career and employment possibilities on an appointment basis
  • access to job information by way of local postings or telephone communication
  • access to local fax and telephone facilities to support job search
  • access to assistance to prepare applications for education, training and employment
  • access to financial assistance on a fair and equitable basis
  • access to internet self-service provisions where they are available.

With respect to funding clients for training, all clients now are required to make an appointment with ISETS staff and begin a case management process.  The process will ensure the training fits the client’s career goal and that the training involves an occupation where there is a demand for workers.  For appointments please call:  (306) 332-2615.
