KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Undergraduate degree in Social Work or a related discipline (a combination of education and experience may be considered).
Certifications: Safe Food Handling, WHMIS, CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Intervention techniques (including Physical Applied Response).
Sector Knowledge: Knowledge of the Saskatchewan First Nations Child and Family Services Standards of Care Manual, the Saskatchewan Residential Services Act, the Youth Criminal Justice Act, and local Regina community programs.
Skills & Experience: Experience in group programming development, facilitation, conducting assessments, case management, and treatment plan development.
PDFCultural Competency: Strong understanding of First Nations values, culture, traditions, and governance.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle; ability to pass security screening and maintain confidentiality.
