POSITION SUMMARY:

An Integrated and Wholistic Approach to Health Care Delivery

All Nations’ Healing Hospital (ANHH) is seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technicians (CLXT) to join the high-functioning Lab & Diagnostics team.

Reporting to the Lab & Diagnostics Supervisor, the positions will perform full scope Laboratory, ECG, holter monitoring, and medical imaging duties for detection, prevention, and management of physiological and pathological conditions.

The CLXT works closely with all departments of ANHH, the File Hills Qu’Appelle Tribal Council (FHQTC) Health Services, and the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) to delivery safe, accurate, and high-quality testing services and a commitment to Truth and Reconciliation.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of approved Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technician program
  • Licensed and registered by the Saskatchewan Association of Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technicians (SACLXT)
  • Completion of Immunology (IMMU193), Cardiac Markers (CHEM 1808), Blood Gases (CHEM 289) and Therapeutic Drugs and Drugs of Abuse (CHEM 1807) courses are required or must be willing to complete
  • Experience working as a CLXT in a rural setting and with Indigenous clients is an asset
