LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
Full-time Position
Lakeview Lodge Personal Care Home is accepting applications for a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse. As a member of the Lakeview Lodge team, the LPN will effectively utilize their educational, observational, analytical and organizational skills to assist the RN in assessing residents. The LPN will contribute in the development of an appropriate plan of care in agreement with residents in order to successfully manage their needs and assist with activities of daily living.

Job Requirements:
- Graduate of approved Licensed Practical Nursing Program
- Current registration with the Saskatchewan Association of Licensed Practical Nurses (SALPN)
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in community health, long term care or home care
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to communicate clearly to other co-workers
- Ability to follow code of ethics and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to understand and adhere to Lakeview Lodge Personal Care Home procedures and protocols
- Ability to work autonomously (self starter)
- Understanding of and respect for First Nations culture and traditions
- Demonstrated computer skills
- Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
- Valid Drivers License
- Valid CPR/First Aid Level C
