Working directly under the Clinical Supervisor the care aide provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. The successful candidate will provide a positive, professional company image with all internal and external contacts, maintain confidentiality, discretion, tact, diplomacy, and flexibility in their daily work routine.
