First Nations Child and Family Services & Jordan’s Principle Settlement Information Workshop

This free and essential workshop is for First Nations individuals and families who may be eligible for compensation under the historic First Nations Child and Family Services (FNCFS) and Jordan’s Principle Settlement. The claims period is currently open for the Removed Child Class and the Removed Child Family Class.
The session will provide clear, trauma-informed guidance on:

Who is eligible for compensation in the open classes.

The documents required for submission.

Information on available free and confidential support, including Claims Helpers and 24/7 wellness services.
We encourage all potential Class Members, family members, and support workers to attend to gain a comprehensive understanding of the settlement and their rights.
