Service Canada Social Insurance Number (SIN) Clinic at Regina Urban Treaty Day

Service Canada will be on-site at the Regina Urban Treaty Day hosting a mobile Social Insurance Number (SIN) Clinic to assist individuals looking to obtain or update their SIN. The clinic will take place on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 4001 3rd Ave N., Regina, SK.
To successfully apply for a SIN, adult applicants must bring the original copy of their Canadian birth certificate, alongside one additional piece of valid identification that contains both their name and date of birth.
Please bring any relevant supporting documents if applicable, such as a marriage certificate or divorce decree. Please note that applicants under 18 years of age do not require an additional piece of identification beyond their primary document.
