Treaty Card Clinic at White Raven Healing Centre in Fort Qu’Appelle!
On Tuesday, July 15, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, you can secure your Certificate of Indian Status and registration under the Indian Act. This clinic assists with Adult and Child Registration under the Indian Register, Secure Certificate of Indian Status/Treaty Card Registration, and Renewals.
Important: For renewals/new SCIS Treaty Card, please bring one photo identification. If you have never been registered, please bring your birth certificate and one supporting identification.
