Status Card / SCIS Clinic at The Gathering Place (RTSIS)

The Regina Treaty/Status Indian Services (RTSIS) and Namerind Housing Corporation are hosting a Status Card and Secure Certificate of Indian Status (SCIS) Clinic to assist individuals with applications, renewals, and replacements under the Indian Act.
The clinic will take place on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at The Gathering Place, located at 4001 3rd Ave N, Regina, SK, S4R 0W8.
For renewals, replacements, or to transition to the new SCIS card, attendees must bring one valid piece of photo identification. If you have never been registered under the Indian Act—meaning you do not currently have a registration number or are not registered to a band—you will need to bring your birth certificate, one supporting piece of photo identification, and a completed Guarantor Form signed by an eligible guarantor.
