    The FHQTC ISETS Program offers ongoing support for First Nations people who reside in the geographical area by supporting the growth of Indigenous communities through learning, training, and employment.

  • Lands, Resources, Environment & Stewardship

    FHQTC mandated and instituted the Lands, Resources, Environment & Stewardship (LRES) department in November 2018.

  • Pre-Employment Supports

    The Pre-Employment Supports (PES) program assists individuals to transition from income assistance to employment by identifying and addressing barriers to employment.

  • Restorative Justice

    FHQTC Restorative Justice provides member First Nations with technical and advisory justice services.

  • Sports & Recreation

    FHQTC Sports and Recreation is committed to providing the opportunity for all youth from our member First Nations to participate in the Tony Cote Winter and Summer Games, as well as encouraging healthy lifestyles through sport and recreation.

  • Technical Services

    The File Hills Qu’Appelle Tribal Council Technical Services is committed to assisting our member First Nations to strengthen and build their capacity by providing advocacy, training, and technical support.

    While honouring Treaty and Inherent rights to health, White Raven Healing Centre encourages hope, builds kinship, and models wellness for all people.

  • Women’s Council

    The Women’s Council was established in 2014 as a result of female representatives from member First Nations advocating for a dedicated group to advocate for and create awareness of key issues facing women and children.
