Some of the services provided by Rising Bear Healing Centre are:
Multidisciplinary Chronic Disease Care, including but not limited to:
- Primary care services for conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney disease, coronary artery disease, and cholesterol management
- Individual and family/group health education and counseling
- Dietitian and Diabetes Educator services
- Traditional & Cultural Services
- Tele-health support
- Visiting specialists
- Outreach services and health clinics to surrounding communities

Clients may be referred by their primary care provider, other health care worker or make their own appointment
