File Hills Qu’Appelle Tribal Council is committed to being a leader and an advocate for the delivery of quality services for the sustainability, self-suffiency and autonomy of our First Nations membership.
The File Hills Qu’Appelle Tribal Council is a non-profit organization that carries out a variety of service delivery programs to its member First Nations.
